Grant McLellan

A proud native of Melbourne, Australia, Grant trained as a chef there way back in the early 1980's. Itchy feet found him working in fine dining restaurants around the world in such places as England, Switzerland, France, and Israel, quickly rising to the position of Head Chef or Executive Chef.

Grant returned to Australia in the early 1990's to take the Head Chef position at the Sorrento Hotel on the Mornington Peninsula, Australia for 10 years, and 6 years ago made the move to superyachts.
